The expropriation of land in Porto Romano with the value of arable land for Gazmend Luka is abuse. He told CNA that his name on the list of those who will be affected by the expropriation was surprising, since earlier no one has consulted him or even the other owners of the surrounding lands.

Meanwhile, on July 28, the list of 309 people who will be affected by the relocation project of the new Port of Durrës to Porto Romano was made public. The State Agency for Expropriation has published the list and where the corresponding value in Lek is 821 million or about 8 million euros.

In the publication of the list and details ASSH underlines that the request was made by the Durrës Port Authority.

By means of this publication, it is requested to inform the persons affected by this expropriation for public interest, for immovable assets, private property, which will be compensated according to the preliminary assessment calculated, for assets of the type "area" based on VKM- in no. 89, dated 3.2.2016, "On the approval of the land value map in the Republic of Albania"./ CNA
