The transformation of the Ministry of Agriculture into a large stable at the service of Minister Andis Salla and his cronies was reported yesterday on CNA.

We have brought the first part of an article about how the SPAK investigator, Dritan Palnikaj, the nephew of Agim Ismail, the person accused of stealing secret data from SPAK files, has demanded that the director of fisheries, Enton Spaho, a Doctor of Science appointed to this position a year ago, resign and that Vasjar Sherrmadhi from Shtermeni i Cërrikut, a loyal soldier of Minister Salla, be appointed in his place.

The pressures are continuous, unrelenting, for people to resign and then be replaced with LSI militants, thieves, or even people with criminal records in order to completely take over the institution, namely the Ministry of Agriculture in all its structures.

The minister is replacing all the people he has in the structures of this ministry with a single goal.

He has begun his battle to grow politically and the goal is to replace Arbjan Mazniku in the key position of political leader of the Socialist Party in Elbasan.

To strengthen himself politically, he is making these moves like a boss, that is, to give people who have influence in the Elbasan Region or "sell the idea" that they have 2, 5 or 10 votes, including certain individuals with questionable records, to take positions in the Ministry of Agriculture and then Andis Salla to fight to become the political leader of the Elbasan Region after the departure of Taulant Balla, whom Salla is pleasing by appointing the deputy minister.

But let's dwell a little on how the former mayor of Cerrik, Altin Toska, is the man who is fighting to appoint the new director of Fisheries at the Ministry of Agriculture, Vasjar Sherrmadhi.

So, the scheme is not simply and only a person directly appointed by the minister, but also indirectly, people for those who can bring political influence, to enable Minister Salla to move forward in his political career, to take on important tasks.

CNA has learned that Eraldo Xhani, one of Taulant Balla's assistants and the latter's former advisor, is expected to take the position of Deputy Minister of Agriculture, and this is not without purpose.

Minister Salla ultimately seeks to become a political leader. So, having a former advisor to Mr. Balla, who was also the head of the District, as deputy minister, is not without weight.

On the other hand, with the appointments, the scandals, the scandals that are happening in the Ministry of Agriculture, to turn it into a stable, which will serve as a hall to make Minister Salla the political leader of the Elbasan District, a structure with values, with professionals, is being dismantled, to be appointed by the militants of the SMI, corrupt people, people with problems and with files, to reach the final goal of appointing Mr. Salla as the political leader of the Elbasan District, to thus hit Arbjan Mazniku, who has already taken on a secondary role in the Assembly, heading a Commission, that of Administrative Reform.
