In the 9-year-old school "Papa Kristo Negovani", in the city of Erseka, the thermal insulation materials were disconnected, even though it was reconstructed no earlier than in 2018.

The work to reconstruct the insulating facade was undertaken by the company that reconstructed the school in 2018, "Kthella SHPK".

The works will start the next day. But what is worth noting is that the company "Kthella LLC" received from the municipality of Erseka a full 68 million ALL in 2018.
