The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, Criminal Chamber, having closed the judicial examination of the criminal case against the defendant AM, has reviewed and evaluated all the acts and evidence administered within the framework of this criminal proceeding, has heard the parties in their final claims, in reference to articles 379 et seq. of the Criminal Procedure Code, 79/c, 278/1, 55 of the Criminal Code, on behalf of the Republic,

The guilty plea of ??the defendant M., for committing the criminal offense of "Murder due to family relations", provided for by Article 79/c of ??the Criminal Code for the murder of his brother, citizen DM, and based on this provision, his sentence to life imprisonment.

The guilty plea of ??the defendant M., for committing the criminal offense of "Murder due to family relations", provided for by Article 79/c of ??the Criminal Code, for the murder of citizen N.. M. and, based on this provision, his sentence to life imprisonment.

Based on Article 55 of the Criminal Code, in conjunction with the sentences, the defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment.

The sentence for defendant AM shall begin from the day of his arrest, 30.08.2022, and shall be served in a high-security prison.
