Tirana Municipal Council meets today/ Draft decisions on social housing are

This Wednesday, the City Council will meet to review several draft decisions. Based on the meeting announcement, several issues on the agenda include social housing, rental subsidies, as well as some new public investments.

1. Draft decision “On granting the mandate of the member of the Municipal Council Mr. Fatjon Bathorja”. 2. Draft decision “On the approval of the applicant families that benefit from the block economic assistance program of up to 6 percent, from the conditional fund and from the budget of the Municipality of Tirana, for the period 1-31 August 2025”. 3. Draft decision “On the treatment with the rental subsidy of some families in need, who cannot afford the free market rent”. 4. Draft decision “On the arrangement in social rental housing, Shkozë, of some families in need”. 5. Draft decision “On the approval of the rental bonus for individuals/families whose assets are affected by the implementation of the project “Construction of the Thumanë-Vorë-Kashar road axis”. 6. Draft decision “On granting consent for the continuation of the procedures, for the draft decision “On the transfer to the ownership of the Municipality of Tirana of property no. 6/108, cadastral zone 8310, located in Tirana, and for an addition to decision no. 219, dated 21.3.2017, of the Council of Ministers, “On the approval of the final partial list (part one + part two) of state public immovable properties, which are transferred to the ownership or use of the Tirana Administrative Unit, Tirana Municipality, Tirana District”, as amended”. 11. Draft decision “On granting consent for the updating of assets with no. 4/22 and no. 4/31, located in ZK. 8250, as well as with no. 1/802, located in ZK. 8230, Tirana, integral part of decision no. 143, dated 18.01.2012, of the Council of Ministers “On the approval of the preliminary list (part one + part two) of public, state immovable properties, which are transferred to the ownership or use of the Municipality of Tirana, of the District of Tirana”. 13.
