Dumani on Meta's arrest: The way the security measure was executed leaves

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, during the reporting session in the Laws Committee, was asked by MP Tedi Blushi about Meta's arrest.

Dumani stated that the way Meta's arrest order was executed leaves much to be desired and said he is against that method.

The Head of the Special Prosecution Office stated that security measures are not executed by SPAK, but by the State Police.

Further, the head of SPAK said that the prosecutors of the institution he heads do not take orders from Rama or anyone else.

 

" SPAK prosecutors do not take orders from Edi Rama or anyone else. In the case of Mr. Meta, we delegate the execution orders to the State Police. It is a practice built over years. The way the security measure was executed leaves much to be desired, I am against that way. SPAK is not responsible for the execution of security measures ," said Dumani./ CNA
