SPAK head Altin Dumani, in his report to the Laws Committee, made an analysis of the distribution of cases among prosecutors. Dumani stated that the distribution is done by lottery, excluding cases when a prosecutor is investigating a sensitive case, he is not given new cases.

"The distribution of cases is currently done by the system, there are cases when a prosecutor is in charge and the director assesses that he should be excluded from the draw for a while and focus on the sensitive case," said Dumani.

Regarding communication with the media, Dumani said that this year a communication strategy was approved and the activity is also reflected on social networks.

"We have approved the media communication strategy this year, we have not invented anything, we have been helped by British partners for this.

When there are cases of seizures and confiscations, we have covered the meetings of prosecutors and made the activity public.

"6 years ago, communication didn't even occur to us because we didn't even have an office. We didn't have an archive or an analysis department, now it's time for an analysis system," Dumani declared./ CNA
