Analyst Andi Bushati expressed this evening that he was not surprised by the Constitutional Court's decision to suspend President Bajram Begaj's decree on the date of the elections in Tirana. 

In a television appearance, Bushati said that this was not fundamentally a constitutional decision. According to him, the Constitutional Court is trying to maintain what he called "a facade of neutrality." 

"I was not surprised because they did not make any important constitutional decisions. The President of the Republic came out one day and said it is not 12 o'clock in the day but 12 at night, so he made black out of white. While the Constitutional Court said that we can handle it up to this point. It has only suspended Begaj's madness. If the President of the Republic does not even bother to maintain the facade of neutrality, they have said that we are trying to maintain it. No one is offended by what was done.
