How Veliaj's media is misleading about the Constitutional Court's

Erion Veliaj's media is misleading public opinion regarding the decision made by the Constitutional Court. 

The Constitutional Court has not overturned the dismissal of Erion Veliaj. Therefore, Erion Veliaj remains dismissed.

The media is trying to say that it is a big victory for Erion. There is no big victory for Erion. The Constitutional Court has not suspended the dismissal of Erion Veliaj, it has not annulled the dismissal of Erion Veliaj.

The Constitutional Court has suspended the election date and the decision of the President's decree until it rules on Erion's appeal.

So, those bright minds who are telling us Erion won or Erion returned to office, etc., are simply a bunch of lies.

The truth is that the Constitutional Court has said the President's decree is suspended until we make a decision.

Now we must wait for the decision of the Constitutional Court. The Court has several options: it can dismiss him, that is, leave the dismissal decision in force, it can suspend the dismissal and reinstate him, it can also say that it is not competent but that another court is competent.

Pram Erioni and his friends have the most minimal and smallest chances of winning, but when they have nothing to do out of desperation, they declare victory even when they lose.

In fact, Erioni did not win today. The President has been conditioned on his decree and the date of the elections for the Municipality of Tirana has been suspended.

What are they shouting victory for?

It is quite normal that even if it is a Constitutional decree of the President, the Constitutional Court has the right to suspend and review it.
