A 70-year-old cleaning worker in Vlora was brutally raped today by unidentified individuals. The incident occurred around 2:00 PM in front of the Çole market, while the elderly man with the initials KK is in serious condition at the Vlora regional hospital.
According to the elderly man's testimony, a van approached him and two people got out and started hitting him without saying anything.
"They didn't say a word to me. They shot me for no reason, and when I tried to leave, they came back. Only one of them told me: Call the police, we'll meet again. I couldn't even take a picture, I was covered in blood ," he said.
