Survey/ How do you evaluate public transportation?

Public transportation is one of the most used services by citizens in the country, but also one of the most criticized.

On a daily basis, urban bus users report recurring problems such as overcrowded stations, frequent delays, and difficulties with traffic schedules.

These concerns have become a common part of the complaints of citizens who travel every day by public transportation.

CNA has often complained about urban services in the capital, starting from the condition of the urban areas, their maintenance, delays, overcrowding, etc.

Considering that it is one of the services most used by citizens, CNA conducted a survey asking citizens how they evaluate public transportation.
