IBAR/Kikia Report: We hoped that Kos' hugs with Rama were an indication

Analyst Mentor Kikia spoke on a television appearance about the IBAR report and the negotiations with the EU.

Kikia said that with the opening of all the group chapters, the "party" for Albania is over, as now the phase of experts has begun and the latter are cold regarding the fulfillment of the conditions.

The analyst, focusing on the EP report approved a few days ago, said that Europe was clear, there will be no integration with intermediate status, only membership with full rights.

 

"We are in the conditions where we have opened all the group chapters. It should be noted that in Brussels there was an extraordinary political agreement for Albania. The story ended with the opening of all the group chapters and here the party ended. After that, correctness began in Brussels. We hoped that Kos's hugs with Rama were an indication that Albania would enter the EU because they love us, if not from the door through the window. The EP report approved just a few days ago was clear. There will be no intermediate status, only full membership upon fulfillment of all requirements. This was the moment of the first breach, for us, because Brussels was in its position. They showed maximum kindness and we misunderstood. The blockage is not related to the will of a single country. We must conclude the negotiation process. Now it is the turn of the experts and the experts are cold ", said Kikia.
