The hearing at the Court of Criminal Appeals for the lawsuit against the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, by the leader of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, has been postponed.

Berisha's lawyer, Adriana Kalaja, stated that the reason for the postponement of the session was that the head of the SP parliamentary group had not given his lawyer a power of attorney to represent him at the session.

Meanwhile, Kalaja said that Berisha does not accept the reconciliation as he stands by the post on his Facebook account, and stated that it is information provided by various citizens.

"Just like in the first session and today, Taulant Balla refused to appear before the court and even more so since in the power of attorney of his representative lawyer, she had not given the documents that his representative could have and the reconciliation session. While Mr. Berisha stated in the previous session that he does not accept to reconcile with Taulant Balla and everything he has published on his Facebook network, is information provided by various citizens.
