Journalist Klodiana Lala spoke about the testimony of Mustafa Martinaj, Ervis Martinaj's father, in court.

The journalist stated that his call to testify is related to the embezzled assets that he claimed were derived from legitimate sources.

Invited to the show Të Paekspozuarit with Ylli Rakipi, journalist Klodiana Lala said that in relation to the revelation of the fate of Ervis Martinaj and the murder of Brilant Martinaj, there is criticism of the authorities because, according to her, they have not done enough.

The journalist emphasized that in this case, the Pandora's box is Jeton Lami. The journalist further stated that former head of the State Police Gledis Nano met Jeton Lami in detention, claiming to have learned other information regarding the fate of Ervis Martinaj.

"He was not in a criminal trial in court, he came to testify in the process related to the seizure of assets, not only owned by him, but also by Ervis Martinaj and related persons."

Mustafa Martinaj claimed that the property is legal. Today he managed to give his testimony. He tried to convince the court that the seized property comes from legal sources.

He did not leave his son's disappearance untouched, claiming in court that his son is no longer alive. "I am ashamed that I am not asked about my son's death, but I am asked about rags and concrete." He said that his family has been persecuted, there have been 23 checks by the State Police which have left the impression that Ervis Martinaj could be alive.

I have a criticism regarding the Albanian authorities, they have not done enough to uncover the truth about Ervis Martinaj and Brilant Martinaj. Brilant Martinaj's father has not yet been called. A detailed testimony from Jeton Lami has not been taken, which I think is Pandora's box in that story. Jeton Lami, before Martinaj disappeared, went to his family and had conversations with the family.

I recently learned that Gledis Nano met Jeton Lami in the detention center, where she allegedly received information about Martinaj's fate.

The file should be withdrawn from the Lezha Prosecutor's Office, as I do not think it has the capacity to conduct an investigation of a nature related to the disappearance of Ervis Martinaj, there are 5 criminal groups that are suspected of being involved in his disappearance. The family claims that Martinaj is no longer alive.
