Discussions have been held in the Parliament about the investment of 100 million euros for the Shkodra region as part of the "Gateway to the Alps" project.

During his speech, DP MP Enno Bozdo expressed criticism of the fact that the management of the fund has been entrusted again to the Albanian Development Fund, an institution which he described as synonymous with the lack of transparency in public procurement.

"Who will manage 100 million euros? It's like hanging the livers around the neck of a wolf because this time too, the Albanian Development Fund has been chosen, which has become a synonym for the lack of transparency in public procurement."

"Champion of red flag tenders where the winners are declared winners with tenders equal to the limit fund. Do you remember the gastronomy menu, where 400 thousand euros were spent to print a menu on several leaflets, where it is the standard of the institution that is being given to manage another 100 million euros," said Bozdo. /CNA
