The Shkodra court decided to keep the perpetrator of the rape of journalist Ervin Dushi in prison.
Businessman Prel Gjoni denied the charges before the jury, claiming that he had only pushed it.
The incident occurred on the evening of May 18, around 8:00 PM, in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood in Shkodra. According to police sources, 51-year-old Prel Gjoni punched the 46-year-old journalist.
The conflict occurred due to the journalist's duty, and after a complaint and investigative actions, the police were able to arrest the suspected perpetrator.
It all started after a video by journalist Ervin Dushi posted on the social network 'TikTok' a few days ago, in which he stated that on the evening of that date he would denounce a case related to several businesses./CNA
