Check in Durrës prison/ A cell phone is found under the pillow

Searches were conducted at the Durrës Penitentiary Institution. According to data from the Prison Directorate, the searches were conducted inside the premises of building "A", in the room where detainees GA, NB, EC and M. Ç. reside.

During the search, a black iPhone mobile phone was found under the pillow of pre-detainee EC, who admitted that the mobile phone was his property.

Also in building "A" during the search, two USBs were found, for which the relevant sequestration and administration procedures were carried out as prohibited items.

Relevant documentation has been compiled for all cases, including minutes of the seizure and delivery of prohibited items.

The procedural materials have been referred to the Agency for further procedural actions, in accordance with the legislation in force./ CNA
