"Balluku"/Klosi case: The government's appeal was dismissed because there was no decision by the Constitutional Court

The Secretary General of the Socialist Party, Blendi Klosi, stated this evening that the new justice system is a product of the Socialist Party.

Invited to "Opinion", Klosi said that the government's appeal on the "Balluku" case was dismissed because there was no decision by the Constitutional Court.

"What is happening with the new justice system is a product of our political strength. It came from the will of this prime minister. We do not prohibit the new justice bodies from judging any type of case. The request was rejected not because the court ruled against it, but because a decision was not made. These wonders did not happen in any country in the world," said Klosi, among other things. /CNA
