"The Constitutional Court's Decision on Balluk"/ Noka: The

DP Secretary General Flamur Noka has commented on the Constitutional Court's decision on the Balluku case.

Invited to a show, Noka stated that the decision was neither a big deal nor a small one. He emphasized that the members of the Constitutional Court have played the role of political actors and this is a very serious signal that harms society.

"When degradation is imposed on all segments, this brings about the destabilization of society and the country. Here, democracy exists on paper, on cards. Democracy has given life to this country.

"I followed the decision of the Constitutional Court with great attention, they have played neither meat nor fish as political actors. It is a serious signal that harms society. This is a bad omen because it shows that Edi Rama controls everything today," said Noka./ CNA
