The hearing on the "Partizani" file at the Special Court has been postponed to February 23, at 10:00. The son-in-law of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi spoke to the media after the conclusion of the court hearing on the "Partizani" file.

Malltezi said that during the session he showed how Prime Minister Edi Rama personalized the VKM, 4 of them for Carlo Bollino.

"They are personalized VKMs from Edi Rama, two for his brother, 4 for Carlo Bollino. We have proven all of this with photos and maps. It is not over, it has been quite long. We have shown almost 170 pages of material, we also have 25 pages of material that we will show in the next session. We have the prosecutor like Arben Kraja presenting there as if he had obtained tourist land in the Bay of Lalzit for only 5 euros per square meter. There were as many of these grotesque elements as they wanted that clearly showed that they were about lies. We also showed the lies that had to do with the expansion plan, there are also lies with the legal settings, how senior judges have fallen into the trap of political prosecutors. There are dozens and dozens, some of them we have made public, some we are doing as a publication.  Within 4 days it will be released as a book that all libraries will have. It is a beautiful opportunity for all law students yesterday and lecturers to see that "where political justice can slip and where judges and prosecutors can be used for political purposes ," said Malltezi.
