Kapitali.al has today published documents showing that on May 31, 2019, the Tirana incinerator concession company "Integrated Energy" signed a service contract with a Bulgarian company called "EM Capital Group AD".

According to the contract, "EM Capital Group" would provide consulting services to the incinerator company, for which it would be paid 800 thousand to 1 million euros per month.

According to the contract, the Bulgarian company would issue an invoice at the beginning of each month to the concessionaire of the Tirana incinerator for the previous month's services, and if the latter delayed payment, then it would also pay late interest.

This contract practically created the possibility to take out of the incinerator's concessionaire company almost the entire monthly payment that it received from the Municipality of Tirana for depositing the capital's waste in the landfill.

In this way, money was moved to other countries by the parent company of the Tirana incinerator, which tried to use the same scheme in Zimbabwe. ( Read here )

Partnership with Vjollca Hoxha of "Top Channel"

The company "EM Capital Group", which has already changed its name and is called "United", has a partnership with the media. The most flagrant case is the one with the owners of "Top Channel".

This company, whose shareholders were Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto, who led the structured criminal group and are wanted, bought "Lori Caffe" on November 25, 2019. ( Read here )

The Bulgarian company bought 51% of the shares of "Lori Caffe" of Vjollca Hoxha and her children, which has the trade name "Valtelina Kafe".
