The vice president of the Municipal Council of Tirana, Dorian Teliti, has reacted after the situation that occurred at the meeting of the Municipal Council this afternoon.

Teliti accused the councilors of the majority that by order of the mayor they blocked the meeting and did not allow any issue to be discussed.

In a statement to the media after the end of the meeting, Teliti denounced Veliaj for another corrupt clientelistic affair, since 600 m2 of premises are being taken and 432 thousand euros are being given in rent for 4 years.

"In complete violation of the law and the regulation of the Municipal Council, the left-wing councilors by order of Erion Velija blocked the meeting and did not allow any item on the agenda to be discussed.

In Linza of Tirana, although nurseries are a necessity and we have strongly denounced day by day how nurseries in Tirana are missing, while the education infrastructure tax is paid and more than 50 million euros have been collected by Erion Veliaj during these years and the nursery has not been built , today Veliaj presented to the City Council 15 euro m2 rent in Linza, in the middle of Tirana it is not given for 15 euro.
