"46% of chemotherapies have not entered Albania"/ The KLSH report

Journalist Osman Stafa has published on social networks another scandal from the Oncology Hospital.

The staff has published the KLSH report, which it says was submitted last week to the QSUT directorate.

Report finds that vital drugs for patients with tumor diseases have been mismanaged or have been in short supply for long periods of time.

The report covers the period from 2021 to 2025.

" This is the most bombastic report ever made by the Supreme State Audit Office!"

A shocking document, which speaks of the lack and mismanagement of vital drugs for patients with tumor diseases. The report has been sent to the Directorate of the QSUT and is a serious indictment of the entire chain of responsibility.

This report proves me 100% right about what I denounced and investigated.

This is not just a technical report. This is a document that in a European country dismisses a Prime Minister! This is a report that in a European country overthrows a Minister of Health!

Because when patients are left without medication, we are no longer dealing with incapacity, but with a state crime.

"This report is the biggest truth of Pink October ," the journalist writes.

The report shows that in the Pentaho system, two chemotherapy medications were expired.

The Pentaho system is the internal system of the Central Pharmacy.

From 2021–2025, 46% of chemotherapies did not enter Albania.

Patients with blood cancer, according to the report, suffer from a shortage of the drug daratumumab, for which the QSUT has made a supply of 4,000 thousand vials in 2025, but again it turns out that there is no supply for patients, raising suspicions of mismanagement.
