The man who was elected in this municipality with great luck, after being pardoned by the opposition of Luli Basha, who didn?t enter its candidates in the race, already sees himself as the sultan of Kukes and not the mayor of this city, who must serve the citizens for a while, because as soon as the next local elections take place, Safet will not be in office, but will leave it with shame.

With the shame of too many scandals. First, that of a disgusting act he carried out on Veton Surroi, attacking with voice and image the well-known Kosovar publicist and politician. But on the other hand he shamelessly denied it, and apologized after Edi Rama get him some ?slaps? on his head swollen by stupidity and ignorance.
