CNA.al defeats Mirel Mërtiri/ The man of the incinerators, and the partner of Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha, fails in court

Mirel Mërtiri, known as a problematic character, widely accused by the opposition as a man involved in a corrupt affair, which according to the Democratic Party is claimed to be about 480 million euros, of which about 180 million euros funds come from a contract concessionaire for incinerators in Elbasan, Fier and Tirana, today failed.

Today CNA.al has defeated for the second time Mirel Mërtiri in the Court of Tirana. Mertiri appeared publicly after dozens of articles and denunciations of CNA.al, where we revealed his strong ties with the owner of Top Channel, Vjollca Hoxha and the director of this television, Ben Blushi, the partnership in Bulgaria or the co-ownership of Lori Caffe.

We discovered the strong schemes of financing the incinerators, the connections of the companies of his cohabitant, Stela Gugalla in Elbasan, or the connections of the companies in Fier and Tirana.

Mirel Mërtiri started lawsuits against us, not for the truths of the incinerators, nor for his involvement, but for the articles published in Zimbabwe or for others that follow, for comments or opinions. However, the truth hasn?t stopped.

A decision was given today in the Criminal Court of Tirana. And a few weeks ago, the same court overturned Mirel Mërtiri and his claims. We would like to confront him, to tell him the truth in the eyes, in the eyes of every judge. Let him choose the judge himself, let him choose the lawyers, and ours if he wants!

We are ready to face Mirel, Klodian, Stela, Edi Rama, incinerators, Erion Veliaj and anyone else, including Lefter Koka or the corrupt officials of the Renaissance government in partnership with the SMI yesterday and alone, and in power today.

CNA.al was able to win the second legal battle today, and the first a few months ago. Judge Artan Gjermeni has again rejected the lawsuit of Mirel Mërtiri. We welcome the third, fourth and fifth lawsuit. But this does not mean that we will stop at our 100th, 200th or 1000th article against Mirel Mërtiri, Klodian Zoto, Stela Gugalla, incinerators, Edi Rama, Lefter Koka, the Renaissance government and those who are extorting money from the Albanians taxes, for the interests of a group of people, which is clearly a government clientele, a group of people who appeared out of nowhere, to sign hundreds of millions of euros in concession contracts which are paid by the Albanians?taxes.

Incinerators are the biggest scandal of these 30 years of transition. They are the biggest corruption scandal in our view as journalists. They are the biggest theft of Albanian taxes, and this can not be stopped by the lawsuits of Mirel, Klodian, Stela and anyone else.

The truth will come out without any stopping! We will not restrain ourselves in any case, we will tell the truth to every Mirel in circulation, or every Klodian who comes around to the next prime minister, to rob what he can from the taxes of the Albanians with concession contracts or others like these.

Therefore, today we are facing the fact. We have defeated Mirel Mertiri for the second time in court, but we have defeated him hundreds of other times with our writings and denunciations, with the facts that CNA.al has published day after day, with documents and with the screaming truth of probably the affair of the century in Albania.

Anyway, we are waiting for the next confrontation, the next lawsuit, which will never stop us in our writings, in our opinions and our truth, not only for Mirel Mertiri, Klodian Zoto, Stela Gugalla, the incinerators, but for whoever comes whether in power or in opposition, claiming that he can get rich with the taxes of Albanians, and shut the mouth of the media, with the threat that he will go to court by suing journalists or various media.

As is the case with Mirel, who like a beast has attacked the media just to shut up. Many of them are writing and reporting, many others who reported yesterday, today no longer speak, and against them are missing Mirel?s lawsuits.

They are selective towards a certain group of media, which continue to tell the truth without stopping. But it is one and only one:The incinerator scandal is a corrupt affair and this is not only said by us, this is also said by the opposition, this is what the facts and evidence say. And Mirel Mertiri is nothing else, but the next client of a government concession contract, where he used his cohabitant and his partners.

as Top Channel or the acquisition of Lori Caffe, in partnership with Ben Blushi?s wife, the director of this television.

We have nothing else to say:We will wait and stand in front of Mirel Mërtiri, now, today, everywhere and anytime, to tell him the truth that Albanians need to know, and not what Mirel and the Renaissance government like./CNA.al
