Who and why is fining the businessman Arben Reli ?!

Fiks Fare has made so far three successive pseudo- investigative shows, almost embarrassing to disgust, on behalf of Vjollca Hoxha, owner of Top Channel, whom for its rosy stories uses every tool at its disposal against businessman Arben Reli.

It happens for the first time with the show Fiks Fare, and it happens for the first time with Top Channel that in a shameful way this television change its direction, and rather than deal with problems that were causing to the citizens by the government, is attacking private business.

And not only that, but this media takes on the role of judge, prosecutor, investigator and even murderer, demanding the destruction of an investment of several million euros in a resort in Morava in Korça, the only one that has 5 stars in region.

But what kind of problem does have Vjollca Hoxha on the top of Morava mountain?! Because the connections the owner of Top Channel, and her ?loves?, a businessman has to be robbed of everything. And if the last one does not accept the bazaar, there is a call to demolish the resort.

An unprecedented act occurred two days ago in the show Fiks Fare, when are released the documents of the investigative file, so extracted secret inquiry. However, this is a matter for the prosecution and the investigations that need to take place, on how can be made public documents that have not yet been brought to court.

This is a flagrant violation of a legal procedure and has criminal consequences. However, let?s stay at the heart of the matter. Fiks Fare has made 3 episodes on this resort, as if it was shocked so much for 2 trees that are allegedly cut in Morava of Korça.

And this happened after a meeting where some co-owners with a certain percentage with businessman Arben Reli, asked this latter several millions of euros for just 500 square meters. The amount requested was 3.5 m euros. It is clear that it was a ?fine? imposed on the businessman, threatening that if he didn?t pay the money, after April he would be responsible for everything.

And so the attacks begin. In the beginning was the newspaper ?Shqip? of Top Media of Vjollca Hoxha. Then the show Fiks Fare, which for the first time in its history, began to deal with an issue that is on trial. In a shameful way, this investigative program is being used as a puppet and for a blackmail to open to judges that are dealing with this case.

The principle of Fiks Fare has always been not to speak until the court speaks, which in this case has not spoken. Therefore, with his intervention, Fiks Fare has plunged the courts, prosecutors offices and every other institution into chaos.

The show published some documents although the issue is still in court, made a private act of expertise, as if he were an investigator, prosecutor, judge, prime minister or everything else, and this only for the rosy stories of Vjollca Hoxha.

After doing some ?expertise?and deciding as he wanted, he came out with some other documents from the prosecution shouting ?to collapse, to collapse!?. So an investment of millions of dollars is being demolished, just because Arben Reli refused to give 3.5 million euros to the people who went to his office, and who later told him that they would not bear any responsibility if he refused paid this amount of money.

Surprisingly rather than start investigating these people, who they are, which is their past, or why is going this attack, and if should be investigated and charges against anyone who performs a repeat blackmail to a businessman, the prosecution has done nothing. Fiks Fare has never intervened before in court and property matters between private entities, as this is not the mission of the media. Fiks Fare could intervene in case the court would be corrupted, if a biased, unjust decision was made, and the show could reveal the corruption that had occurred. But he can never act as a prosecutor and judge, giving his verdict on a conflict or clash over a property.

And this is doing in a shameful way Fiks Fare. In the next days, CNA.al will bring exclusive documents which throw unfortunately the claims of Fiks Fare, and some documents prepared in the Top Channel offices, allegedly forged.

We will make public 7 other documents, which show the truth of a clash between two co- owners. But anyway this is a matter for the justice or the parties to a legal dispute. It cannot belong to the media, and the latter can not be used to bargain to blackmail prosecutors or judges.

What is happening with the show Fiks Fare, is more than embarrassing and disgusting. For the rosy stories of Vjollca Hoxha, it is sought to destroy the property of a businessman who has invested there all the income of his life. This is not the mission of the media, this is the misuse of the media in Albania, and the end of the mission of what the media should have, which has already turned into a puppet for the interests of the owner and her spiritual hostages./CNA.al
