The judge’s relationship with Blushi of Top Channel/Here are her scandals, with 4 expensive apartments and cars

The Independent Qualification Commission seems to have a lot to do with the judge of the Court of First Instance in Tirana, Marjana Shegani (Dedi), both professionally, and in terms of property. The latter underwent the re-evaluation process on December 16, 2019.

Judge Shegani is very distracted by the media, which have cast doubt on her professionalism, certainly accompanying her with concrete cases. Shegani is suspected of being one-sided in a civil lawsuit involving Top Channel owner Vjollca Hoxha and General Director Ben Blushi.

It was denounced in the Court of Tirana, that the Hoxha-Blushi duo have their own list of judges, whom they have on their side in every case. We are recalling one of the cases, where Top Channel was involved and which was in the hands of Judge Marjana Shegani.

The company ?New Vision? has done various works for Top Channel, but was not paid by Vjollca Hoxha. It is an obligation of about 500.000 dollars. The case has been transferred to the Court to the ?list? of Top Chanel judges, in the hands of one of them, Judge Shegani. The name of Judge Shegani is also related to the General Director of Top Channel, Ben Blushi.

The media have reported that at the end of November 2018, Judge Shegani has decided to suspend the decision dated 22.07.2018, of the Forum of the Political Party ?Equal List? where it was decided, among other things, to change the chairman of the Party. Shegani?s decision went in Blushi?s favor.

Regarding property, it turns out that Judge Marjana Shegani owns 4 houses in Tirana, Pogradec, Golem and Kavaja. She declares a residential apartment with an area of 45.5 m2, worth 2.6 million Lek, which she sold in 2007 for 27.000 euros. Another apartment with an area of 113 m2, worth 52.000 dollars.

In 2008, she states that has signed a custom contract for an apartment in Golem, but doesn?t say the surface and the value, while in 2015 she bought an apartment with an area of 102.98 m2 in Pogradec worth 35.000 euros. Over the years, the judge and her husband have bought and sold expensive cars. The most expensive is an Audi A4, about 45.000 euros, bought by the judge?s husband in 2017./CNA.al
