Sensational departures/ Why did break out the conflict of “Portokalli” actors with Ben Blushi?!

Some actor of the humor show ?Portokalli?, have demanded in recent days the termination of their employment contracts and leaving from Top Channel. Everything is not a conflict of the moment, but there seem to be several months of clashes which come due to the contracts that Ben Blushi wants to be singed by the actors.

Some actors have asked for salary increases, while Ben Blushi hasn?t approved them. He demands that the salary increase come with the signing of the new contract, which if you look at what has been put in front of the actors, is enslaving.
A contract which turns actors, people of the scene and art, into slaves of a single company for many, many years, to the extent that they are required to produce a certain image to remain the property of Top Channel even after many years.

CNA.al has learned that at the core of the debates was Ben Blushi, the director of Top Channel, the man who has irritated and turned into a conflict the relationship with the actors and the troupe of ?Portokalli?. The same sources pointed out that on this issue, the ?Portokalli? troupe, some time ago held a meeting with the president of Top Media, Vjollca Hoxha, who is in fact a minority shareholder after the Court of Appeals was able to overturn a decision of first degree to seize about 60 per cent of its shares from its partners.

In the meeting with the actors, Ms.Hoxha emphasized that they are her ?childrens?, and that the ?Portokalli? team should not leave but stay there and continue working. The actors doesn?t seem to have any problems with Ms.Hoxha. Their only problem is the director of Top Channel, Ben Blushi, his arrogance and behavior to the point of blackmail, as some actors for several months did not receive their salary, telling them that the salary would be given only in case they would sign the contract.
Thus, the provocations have continued, conflicts have escalated and the actors has begun to leave. CNA.al has been reporting for several days the removal of some main images of ?Portokalli?, which has already remained a small den without its leaders and moderators for more than a decade, Xhemi Shehu and Salsano Rrapi, or without some key actors such as Marin Orhanasi and Gazmend Paja, but also other names.

As CNA.al has learned, after the ?hemorrhage? that has started, they are expected to leave in the following days to ask for a termination of Ben Blushi?s contract, and not accepting the slavery demanded by him through contracts, but also the fact of having a confrontation, with a pressure and blackmail unstoppable by the director of Top Channel as a prison director and not a television director, who must communicate and cooperate with people of art, stage, journalists and intellectuals.
Ben Blushi has already become a major problem for Top Channel, as hundreds of key figures of Top Channel, the elite of this television are heading away. Apparently no one is working to stop this hemorrhage, that began by drivers and ends at the image of Top Channel and actor?s troupe of ?Portokalli?./CNA.al
