Eva Blushi’s resignation dosn’t justify notary Violeta Sulkaj, caught in forgery

Eva Blushi, notary in Tirana has submitted to the Ministry of Justice the request to resign from her post. This fact was reported two days agoy by CNA.al according to official sources from the National Chamber of Notaries.

The resignation of Ms.Blushi came after several scandals published in the media on her partnerships in a Bulgarian company ?Em Capital Group?, which has as the owner Mrs. Blushi as well as the owners of incinerators Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto.

Then the company bought in Albania for $ 2.2 million 51 per cent of the stock of ?Valtelino sh.pk?, the holder name trade of ?Lori Kafe?. Also, it was revealed that Ms.Blushi owned several other companies, where in one of them she had been an administrator for a certain term in violation of the law. Another scandal was recently published.

In 2015, Eva and Ben Blushi, made the payment for the purchase of a commercial unit in Korça with the value of 30.000 euros, when in the market it cost over 10 times more. But in this transaction appeared the signature of the daughter of the Blushi?s couple, who in fact that time was not in Albania.

Eva Blushi?s resignation from the position of notary, which is not that she exercised so much, comes immediately after the publication of the scandal of forgery of her daughter?s signature.

A move that comes at a time, when neither she nor her husband Ben Blushi, have responded to direct allegations of a series of clashes with various businessmen over property issues.

Eva Blushi?s resignation is the first act after numerous denunciations in the media, but this does not save from scandal the other notary Violeta Sulkaj, who is also the drafter of sales contracts with the forged signature of Natali Blushi in May 2015./CNA.al
