Exclusive - Letter to the US Embassy/ Ben Blushi made his father-in-law the owner of assets worth millions of dollars

Ben Blushi, is the only politician and media manager denounced by Albanian businessmen at the US Embassy, for many issues ranging from television commercials where he works, to property clashes in the name of father-in-law, or ?wars? over rose story?s property of Vjollca Hoxha.

CNA.al has previously reported on the denunciations made to the US Embassy, and the information that Ben Blushi had his visa revoked. Afterwards, he published a visa of the last year, but didn?t say whether it had been made invalid by the embassy.
Several complains letters on Ben Blushi have been sent at the US Embassy, by construction businessmen, those in the field of pharmaceuticals, etc. Today we are bringing for the first time a part of a businessman?s letter to the US Embassy in Tirana, which relates to Ben Blushi?s properties on behalf of his father-in-law.

In this letter are mentioned all the accusations and reasonable suspicions, that the father-in-law served only as a cover, and the real partner of the palace is Ben Blushi. In the letter sent to the US Embassy in Tirana, businessman Andon Dhima made strong accusations related to the request of Ben Blushi to introduce as a partner his father-in-law, the transfer of ownership, the formal trials, and today?s clashes where Ben Blushi with the influence his seeks to snatch what he can.

Blushi seeks as the builder?s partner his father-in-law

?In 2008, I bought a plot of land in Tirana, in order to build a residential complex and Mr.Blushi asked me to make as partner his father-in-law, Abaz Brati. He let me know that if
I didn?t agree, it would be very difficult for me to get a building permit approved by the Municipality of Tirana.
Mr.Blushi assured me that Mr.Brati would pay for the property in a second moment, but first I had to agree to transfer half of the land ownership to Mr. Brati?-writes the businessman Dhima in the letter addressed to the US Embassy.

The trial, the form for Blushi?s father-in-law to become a co-owner

Further, in his letter, Dhima showing how Ben Blush?is father-in-law, a lawyer with symbolic wealth became a co-owner with a wealth worth millions of euros, ostensibly a debt of 70.000 usd. ?The mechanism used in this transaction, was to file a civil lawsuit against me in the Tirana Judicial District Court, claiming ownership of half the land, with the claim that I owed an old debt to Mr.Brati.
With Judicial decision no.2742 dated 07.04.2011, Mr.Brati became a co-owner of the land with an area of 645 m2 with property number 1/156 located in cadastral zone 8270, and after the completion of the construction on this land, Mr.Brati became a co-owner of some units and apartments in the building built by the construction company ?AN.NIK? Sh.pk.
In fact, Mr.Brati has benefited more construction area than provided by the Entrepreneurship Contract dated 31.03.2012 concluded between me, Mr. Brati, and the company ?AN.NIK Sh.pk?. The constant contact with me regarding these residential unit, has been maintained by Mrs.Eva Bushi (Brati), the wife of Mr. Ben Blushi (Attached copy of the sms in printed form)?– writes the businessman Andon Dhima.

CNA.al will publish in the following days the other parts of this letter, which is in fact an accusation addressed to the former MP Ben Blushi, today director of Top Channel. It is the latter, who has used legal mechanisms to make the father-in-law the owner, as a reward for the construction permit that the businessman would receive in Tirana.

This is another scandal that adds to the others of a politician, whom Albanians have taken out of politics, and who is using Rilindja (Socialist Party) for his enrichment, from the properties in Dardha, Dhërmi, or his partnerships in companies outside Albania with owners of incinerators concession./ CNA.al
