Even God doesn’t love Edi Rama

In 2013, after an eel dinner with Ilir Meta, then chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration, on April 1, Edi Rama announced the alliance with the SMI, which by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was called the ?alliance of filth?.

Ilir Meta joined Rama after ruling for four years with Sali Berisha, causing a lot of costs to the Democratic Party. We remember here January 21, a protest which left 4 dead on the boulevard, and the reason for this protest was exactly the ?7 per cent? bloc of Ilir Meta.

But, as time has shown, Albanian politicians kill you at night and cry for you during the day.

And Ilir Meta together with Edi Rama, are probably the best example. But, although four innocent people fell victim to their dirty games, this did not stop them from joining in 2013, to overthrow Sali Berisha, then Prime Minister and chairman of the Democratic Party.

Edi Rama ruled for four years with the SMI, with a thousand and one misfortunes and deeds, with thieves and corrupt ministers and directors. But after four years, in 2017, Edi Rama made another agreement. This time with the leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha. The latter with the hope that he will be co-governing with Rama, made an agreement on May 17, 2017, the details of which were never made public, but the details were shown by time.

Al the 2017 election campaign, Basha directed it against the SMI and not against Edi Rama. Afterwards, Rama took the power alone, Basha held the chair of the opposition leader, and with it another 16 million euros, for the collapsed palace of his father-in-law built on the sand of the Ionian Sea, in Vlora.

After that, Rama took the ?Wheel? alone, taking all the powers. Moreover, in the elections of a year ago, Basha left the local government on the table, boycotting the local elections. In these years, perhaps due to the delirium of omnipotence, or its greed, the country has been misgoverned. Concessions, PPPs, tenders without competition, and many, many accusations have been made against this government and its ministers, by the media, but also from the opposition.

However, with an opposition leader in front, like Lulzim Basha, Rama continues to govern calmly. But, it seems that Edi Rama is not only not loved by Albanians, but also by God himself. In less than a year, our country has faced two major natural disasters.

The first is the tragic earthquake of November 26, 2019, which left behind over 50 victims, about 1.000 injured, and thousands more homeless, as their homes were damaged or even collapsed. But, six months after the tragic earthquake, another natural disaster, if we can call it that, is the Covid- 19 pandemic.

A battle that is actually facing the whole world, but that in our country, today after almost four months, the situation seems almost out of control. Beyond any kind of propaganda in

the media, that the government is making everything possible to help those affected by the pandemic, the reality is different.

The numbers of those infected are increasing, while the damage to the country?s economy is colossal and Edi Rama can not be justified by the so-called ?war salary?, to say that he performed his duty. These two facts show his failure in the direction of the Albanian state./ CNA.al
