SPAK masquerade with “alleged” arrests for file No.339

* The latest masquerade of the so-called ?SPAK? allegedly for ?investigations? and ?arrests? for electoral crime and File No.339 is nothing else, but a collaboration with the electoral crime and a criminal addition to the file that one day, want or no SPAK, will be thoroughly investigated and with all the depth it deserves!

The election crimes of files No.339 and 184, will not have the fate of the buried files of the crimes of communism against the Albanians. ?SPAK? tried today to spread through press speculative idea among Albanians, that already he is operating on the bandits that stealed the 2017 parliamentary and local elections of 2015, issuing several orders for the arrest of a dozen commissioners and miserable villagers in Shijak.

Manipulative and ordinary commissioners, have not only been arrested in this country before. But they have even been convicted and ended up in prison long before our ?SPAK? was set up. The theft of the 2017 elections, and the change through violence and crime of the popular will in 2017, as demonstrated in files No.339 and 184, did not come from 20 ballots cast in boxes on behalf of immigrants not present in Albania.

The electoral cataclysm of 2017 was a criminal platform devised by the government, taken over by the darkest segments of the state, implemented by organized crime and congratulated by the capo of the politics. All this with clear evidence (already public) in files No. 339 and 184!

The shameful revenge of the government on those few prosecutors who had the courage and professional independence to actually investigate these crimes, dismissing them, or displaced from the investigations and branched out for ?re-education?, was just a public confirmation of those crimes.

Embarrassing games of ?SPAK? with procedural ping-pong with files to local prosecutors was a clear abuse of power, which undoubtedly should be investigated. But the attempt to hide organized electoral crime, and the violation of the popular will behind the miserable faces of some commissioners, is a pure collaboration with organized electoral crime.

This serious crime with heavy consequences for the state, society, the Albanian national interest has received today the international attention and commitment.

In fact, this serious criminal case in Albania, deserves to be investigated and tried by a Prosecutor and an International Special Court. But until then, no attempt to forget or hide this serious crime can neither lie nor intimidate Albanians. Unhonoured, forgetfulness is the wrong tool to hide the pain!./ CNA.al
