Note/ When will Lulzim Basha hold the October elections?

Today, President of the Republic Ilir Meta asked the political parties to start consultations on the date of the parliamentary elections, which are expected to be held in 2021. But with this request, President Meta reminded us of a promise made by the leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha a few months ago.
When the DP started the process of selecting candidates from the base to the center, Lulzim Basha and his delegates said democrats in structures that they must propose names of candidates for presidents municipality for deputies, because in October would be held early parliamentary and local elections together.

And instead of collecting votes, he lies to his people. Every March or April, he lies them that there will be elections. March and April run away, and he says that the elections will be held in October. But, Ilir Meta says that the elections will be held in 2021.
Now, could Lulzim Basha tells us when the October elections will take place? Although since the 2021 elections will take place in April, and usually the elections are held in June, Luli can call them early.
