Exclusive- The counterfeiting scandal/Criminal charges against Ben Blushi’s daughter and his notary

After the denunciations in recent weeks regarding Ben Blushi and his assets of hundreds of thousands of euros, declared for only 30 thousand euros in the name of his daughter, the sale-purchase acts will be now investigated by the prosecution.

After the publications made by CNA.al and the facts that his daughter Natali Blushi was not in Albania at the time the contract was signed, but according to the data of the TIMS system she was abroad and the sale-purchase act is falsified, Violeta Sulkaj, the notary who signed the sale-purchase contract, and Natali Blushi, Ben Blushi’s daughter, were charged yesterday.

CNA.al has learned that the criminal report was made after the publication of documents and data from the TIMS system, that the sale-purchase act of 2015, made by notary Violeta Sulkaj between Andon Dhima and Natali Blushi was forged.

CNA.al showed this with documents, which you can read here, and now it will be the prosecution that will investigate. With the publication in the scandal by CNA.al, wife of Ben Blushi, Eva Blushi resigned from office as a notary leaving his license.

A few days ago, official sources confirmed for CNA.al that the administrative investigation for Violeta Sulkaj has started. But apparently everything will not end here. A criminal investigation, which comes due to the report made by the citizen Andon Dhima for the daughter of Ben Blushi and the notary Violeta Sulkaj, are the next step that will uncover a scandal committed by the politician Ben Blushi, during the time when the latter was MP.

From the documents made public it is clear that Ben Blush’s daughter has acquired a fortune worth almost 500 million Lek, although she was not in Albania at all and other people have signed on her behalf.

A few days ago, Ben Blushi had a reaction to this fact, encouraged his daughter to continue his studies, but didn?t say a single word about the scandals reported by CNA.al, but also other media, which start with the properties in Dardha, continue with the daughter’s assets in Korça, or end with other assets in Dhërmi, and up to court disputes over a multi-million dollar palace in the center of Tirana, registered in the name of the late father-in-law of Ben Blushi./ CNA.al
