CNA.al denunciations/ SPAK start investigations on Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha’s business partners

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has launched investigations on incinerator concessions. The news was reported by journalist Klodiana Lala, who in a direct link to News 24, said that the SPAK investigation is being extended to all incinerator concessions.

She also said that the investigation is being conducted for violations of equality in tenders. ?SPAK has launched investigations for violations of equality in tenders related to incinerator concessions. Prosecutor Dritan Prençi has addressed to the National Business Center, the Supreme State Audit, and the other provision, demanding all the documentation, with a view to investigating this matter. SPAK will investigate all persons involved and owners of companies that have received tenders?- said Klodiana Lala.

But who are the persons involved?

We recall here that CNA.al has completely uncovered the file of incinerator concessions in Albania, starting with the government and ending with the partnership with Ben Blushi and Top Channel.

CNA.al showed with official documents, how the owners of the companies that have received the incinerator concession in Albania, Klodian Zoto and Klodian Mërtiri, together with Ben Blushi’s wife, Eva Blushi, built a company in Bulgaria, ?EM Capital Group?. And then, this company comes to Albania and buys 51 per cent of the shares of ?Valtelina Kafe?, which bears the trade name ?Lori Kafe?, which has the same owners as Top Channel.

So, with exclusive documents, CNA.al showed that the Bulgarian company was owned by three people, Klodian Zoton, Eva Blushi, the wife of the director of Top Channel Ben Blushi, and Mirel (Klodian) Mërtiri./ CNA.al
