The crisis at the tech giants continues. After many big tech companies like Meta, Google, and many others, PayPal is also laying off 2,000 employees.

The online payments company says it was forced to make the decision as it faces a "challenging macroeconomic environment".

PayPal's announcement follows tens of thousands of layoffs by the tech giants in the past month alone.
