Surprise in Serie A! Ismajli and Asllani celebrate against Napoli

Torino achieved a surprise victory over Napoli, triumphing 1-0 and recording only their second success this season.

The Italian champions suffered their second defeat in their last three matches and their second against Torino in their last 21 encounters.

The only goal of the match was scored in the 32nd minute by Giovanni Simeone, who took advantage of a ball in the area. Napoli had more possession but failed to finish the chances, with Eljif Elmas and Matteo Politano missing good chances late on.

In extra time, Politano hit the post and Noa Lang scored, but VAR ruled it out for offside. Torino, where Ismajli and Asllan also play, recorded their first home win of the season, while Napoli suffered their third consecutive away defeat.
