Adrien Rabiot has made an immediate impact since arriving at Milan from Marseille in the closing hours of the transfer window. Specially sought after by coach Massimiliano Allegri, with whom he had also worked at Juventus, the French midfielder has become an immediate starter, bringing physicality and experience to the centre of the pitch.

In an interview with "Gazzetta dello Sport", Rabiot stressed that Milan has the qualities to fight for the title and that he is there to help the youngsters with his experience.

He also commented on the situation of Rafael Leao, who has faced criticism for his attitude on the pitch, stressing that at the age of 26 he has no time to waste and must decide how far he wants to go.

"Leao needs to understand where he wants to go and not waste time. He has talent, but he also needs to have passion and a desire to improve," Rabiot stressed.

After the match with Juventus, Allegri had a direct confrontation with Leao in the dressing room, where he reprimanded him for a lack of concentration and intensity. There was no real conflict, but a way for the coach to motivate the player. Leao is currently with the national team and is expected to return to Milanello on October 15, where the staff hopes to see him with a stronger approach.
