AFF course, two-day visit to the Milan Academy

The Technical Directorate of the Albanian Football Federation held a two-day visit to the AC Milan Academy, as part of the second edition of the "Academy Technical Director" course.

The AC Milan Academy is one of the most renowned in Italy and Europe for its work with young footballers and its modern model of technical development.

During the visit, the trainees met with the Director of the Academy, Vincenzo Vergine, as well as with the heads of the performance, goalkeeping, analysis, psychology and basic activity sectors.

During the meetings, contemporary training methodologies, development programs for different age groups and the way Milan organizes technical work within the Academy were presented. Also, in the afternoon, the trainees had the opportunity to attend training sessions for all categories.

This experience was extremely valuable for the participants, helping them enrich their knowledge and gain concrete examples useful for their professional development as technical managers.

The visit also strengthened the relationship between the Albanian Football Association and the AC Milan Academy, creating opportunities for future projects and further collaborations.
