In Italy they make it safe, Hysaj's future is decided

Elseid Hysaj is expected to leave Lazio during the January transfer window, according to Italian media who interpret this as a premature separation between the parties.

The white and blue club has removed the defender from the list of players for Serie A until January, justifying it with an injury. According to “Corriere dello Sport”, this action is seen as a clear signal that the relationship between the player and the club has ended.

Hysaj went through a similar situation a year ago, but then returned to the team during the second phase of the season. This time, Italian media emphasize that the decision is final and that the national team defender is expected to leave in January.

His contract expires at the end of the season, but an early exit is not seen as a problem for the club. Lazio would benefit financially, as it would save him €2.8 million on his annual salary.
