Serie A club tries Myrto Uzun

Myrto Uzuni could return to European football sooner than expected. The Albanian striker, currently with American club Austin, is considering the possibility of leaving Major League Soccer at the end of 2025, with the aim of returning to a stronger championship.

The news was announced by the Italian portal "TuttoCagliari.net", which reports that the 30-year-old player has expressed his desire to test himself again at a more competitive level, after his experience in the USA.

This desire of Uzun has not gone unnoticed, especially in Italy, where Cagliari is following his situation with interest.

The Sardinian club, which is looking to strengthen its offensive department for the second half of the season, has included Uzun's name in the list of possible approaches. At the moment, there is no concrete offer or advanced talks, but the parties have started to hold initial contacts.
