Spalletti's Juventus is starting to take shape

Despite the goalless draw in the derby against Turin, Juventus led by Luciano Spalletti is starting to take shape, but the work to improve the team still remains huge.

The result confirmed several positive points such as tactical consistency, trust in goalkeeper Di Gregorio, the importance of McKennie and the potential of Zhegrova.

Koopmeiners is increasingly settling into his new role at the back, contributing both defensively and in the build-up phase of the game. Spalletti's 3-4-2-1 formation is starting to make sense, although the team still has problems with ball circulation and central defensive stability.

McKennie is playing a mobile role that creates space for the attackers, while up front there is still a lack of efficiency. The attacking trio Conceicao–Yildiz–Vlahovic has not given the expected results, while the introduction of Zhegrova and David in the second half brought more danger.

Spalletti's project is still in development, with many elements to be tested in the upcoming matches.
