Ismajli and Asllani stop Juventus in the derby

The Turin derby ended goalless, with Juventus and Torino sharing one point each at the Allianz Stadium.

Goalkeeper Alberto Paleari was the protagonist for the visitors, stopping several clear chances for the home team. Juventus dominated possession, but proved unclear in building up attacking moves.

The best chance of the first half came in the 41st minute, when Conceicao was stopped by a decisive intervention from Paleari. Torino started the second half better and scored through Giovanni Simeone, but the goal was disallowed for offside.

Che Adams also tested goalkeeper Di Gregorio, who reacted correctly. In the end, Juventus failed to find the winning goal and the match ended 0-0.

Two national team players, defender Adrian Ismajli and midfielder Kristjan Asllani, also showed positive performances.

This result keeps Juventus in fifth place, while Torino is positioned in 11th place in the standings.
