100 motorcyclists, parade in Pogradec/ Proceeds go to charity

Over 100 bikers from Albania and Italy have come together in the biker parade in the city of Pogradec, attracting the attention of residents and tourists.

According to the organizers and motorcyclists from Italy, such festivals serve to promote tourism in a city like Pogradec, while foreigners add that they come to Albania from time to time, because according to them, this country is now their home.

"Friends from Shijak, Lezha, Italy have come, we are happy to wake the city from its lethargic sleep with this noise of motorcycles. Absolutely tourism. For promotion, for tourism, we will provide Pogradec with all the facilities so that tourism reaches its peak", said Dritan Hoxha.

"By promoting cities, tourism. They like everything they see in Albania. We're doing a round trip around Albania," said Artan Lala.

"I have come to Albania by motorbike once and again for tourism. There are more than 13 of us Italians. I like Albania, I have visited Saranda, Tepelena, Blue Eye, everything. I will come back again," declared the tourist from Italy.

"We always come to Albania, we like the girls here too."
