Let's be cultured! We salute Erion Veliaj who took the files to SPAK. Berisha is to blame!

Let's be cultured! We salute Erion Veliaj who took the files to SPAK.

After the fall of the dictatorship, the Albanians did not understand what system they were trying to build. At the root of the overthrow was the destruction of order. Everything built up to that time was perceived as destruction, regression and anti-Albanian. The problem seemed simple because the idea was being embedded in the collective consciousness that it is enough to deny, destroy and denounce your past and you have automatically built the next model.

Today we are all noticing that since that time we have, in fact, destroyed the understanding of the system, which means that the Albanian society has not been able and is not able to build its society by strengthening the social, bureaucratic, educational, legal and national security.

For the sake of truth, only one structure seems to have begun to be established on the crumbling foundation of the Albanian state, and this structure is SPAK. The aliens did her experiment and notice the impact it has on society. Meanwhile, think if with this spirit and with this seriousness we had built the state administration, the stationary bureaucracy and what keeps the state alive, think if the state administration had been regulated by such laws as to give it political, economic independence and legal guarantees, as it happens in normal countries, and we would understand that the strength of political parties would fall.

However, today, we have placed the entire system at the service of political parties which govern not with the national program of the country but with the ideas and voluntarism of the party leader. For this to happen, we should have created the culture of familiarization with the law and with the formalization of social life in all its links. But the opposite has happened. Especially in these last few years when Parliament has become a place of war, no one listens or knows what laws are passed, how many of those laws are recognized by us and how many more would have to be made in order to put our lives on legal binaries.

In Albania, unfortunately, the old culture is being installed that the life of each individual does not depend on the legal system we build, but on the political will of the one who leads us. All this has subsequently led to the war without any idea and without any principle between the political parties. The word comes, what is happening now at the end with Erion Veliaj best illustrates this. Veliaj is the mayor of the largest municipality in the country. The position he holds obliges him to sign decisions only when they have passed all the collegial links starting with the Municipal Council and ending with the relevant sectors. He submitted to SPAK all the documentation from which the investigation body suspects that abuses may have been committed in other links.

If we were in a normal state with an established system, we should all welcome this step of Veliaj because, finally, a culture is being created in us that justice is not a hostile system, but it is a system that protects us from everyone is free from violations and that everyone is equal before the law. Veliaj has no charges. He is the head of one of the most developed institutions in the country. Precisely in the absence of this system, chaos and the rhetoric of war have triumphed.

It is useless to mention now the great wound caused to this country by the destructive activity and the incitement of chaos by Sali Berisha. By occupying the public space and transforming it into a disgusting war arena, Albanian society has excluded from its attention the life and fate of young people, the life and fate of Albanian education, the life and fate of nature and protected areas. In a country where everything is in conflict, in a space where from morning to dinner everyone has to see and hear the rhetoric of chaos, in this country there is very little space to inspire hope, to build a peaceful life and to make this country happy./CNA
