The government, as a certified thief and as a super corrupt mechanism, grabs the water supply systems, to have them in one hand and to rob everything easily.

The 2015 territorial reform was eventually buried and trampled on.

The local government was stripped of its functions, atrophied and, in contrast to decentralization, deprived of its competencies.

When he can not even manage drinking water, what the hell is this Local Government?

Ky Pushtet Lokal është thjesht një shpërndares banal rrogash për militantët e punësuar për ti lëshuar rrugeve kur ka fushata zgjedhore.

Ky Pushtet Lokal vetëm shton mijra punësime, shumë më shumë se para reformës së vitit 2015 kur ishin 19 625 të punësuar dhe sot janë gati dyfishi rreth 35 mijë dhe kjo ushtri të punësuarish nuk administron dot as ujesjellsat e Bashkive të tyre.

Qeveria e Ramës, që ka cuar Shqipërinë në vendin e dytë në botë për korrupsionin, bën pre të oreksit të saj te pangopur edhe ujesjellsat.

Përfundimisht Shqipëria nuk ka pushtet lokal.

Këta Kryetarë Bashkie rilindas ne 60 bashki, që nuk reagojne kur i poshtërojne në këtë fare feje, jane thjesht ca lengaraqë politike të perdhunuar nga Rama qe pranojne cdo gjë per një copë karrige.

Agjencia e Ujësjelles Kanalizimeve dhe mbeturinave ka bërë tendera për ujësjellsa me miliona euro pa i pasur fare parate në dispozicion.

Nga rreth 60 milion dollare fond investimesh qe ka pasur për periudhen 2019 – 2021 rilindja ne Agjensine Ujesjellsave,Kanalizimeve dhe Mbeturinave ka prokuruar më shume se 160 milion dollarë ne 107 procedura tenderash.

Janë të palikujduara mbi dhjetra milion dollare dhe ne teresine e tij ky borxh eshte edhe me i larte.

Dhjetra kompani, qe kane fituar tenderat per ujesjellsa neper Bashkite e vendit nuk kane marre asnje lek qe nga viti 2019.
