"Earth Hour"/ Today, all over the world, the lights went out for 60

"Earth Hour" is a worldwide movement organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature. 

The event takes place every year and encourages individuals, communities and businesses to turn off their lights for an hour today (25.03.23) or on the last Saturday of March, from 20:30 to 21:30. as a symbol of commitment to our planet. 

The observance of this day began in Sydney, Australia, in 2007. Since then, this initiative to save the planet has grown to include more than 7,000 cities, in 187 countries and territories, to show symbolic support for the planet and to raise awareness of environmental issues.

So this year, in order to give life to the "Earth Hour" and the message to save our planet, everyone is asked to turn off electrical devices, except basic ones, for 60 minutes to save our planet./ CNA.al
