Fire in an apartment in Maliq/ Family members asleep, flames spread

A fire broke out on Sunday morning in a house in the village of Zvezdë, Maliq Municipality.

According to preliminary information, it is learned that the fire has completely engulfed one floor of a two-story house in this village.

The circumstances and causes are not yet known, but it is initially suspected that the family members were asleep and the fire started from a heating element or stove.

The fire department is at the scene, enabling the isolation of the flames and the total extinguishing of the fire.

Fortunately, no family members were injured, as it was the neighbors who helped them get out of the apartment.

Police authorities are also at the scene to carry out full investigative actions. /CNA
