RENEA divers and Police services continue the search in the Vjosa River, to find the 65-year-old citizen YD

Since yesterday, RENEA divers have been continuing their search to find citizen YD, 65, who is suspected of having fallen and being carried away by the Vjosa River, near the place called "Peshtan Village Field", Tepelena.

The search operation involves RENEA divers, the "Eagle" Special Force of the Gjirokastër Local Police Directorate, the services of the Tepelena Police Commissariat, the Fire Protection and Rescue Service, representatives of the Armed Forces, as well as volunteer forces and family members, who continue to comb the riverbed from both sides.

To date, it has not been possible to find the 65-year-old. /CNA
