The structures of the Tirana Local Police Directorate finalized the police operation with the code "Catch 4", capturing and handcuffing four citizens wanted, convicted or accused of various criminal offenses.

Within the framework of the field controls and based on the operational information provided, Crime Investigation specialists from Police Stations No. 1, 2 and 4, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section, managed to arrest the following persons:

GI, 30 years old, wanted for "Intentional serious injury" in collaboration with "Production and sale of narcotics". This citizen, on December 1, 2025, injured citizen MA with a cutting tool, on "Irfan Tomini" street, while during the search of the apartment, a quantity of cannabis sativa was seized.

RR, 30 years old, sentenced by the Tirana Court to 3 years and 4 months in prison for "Production and sale of narcotics", who has 1 year, 5 months and 19 days left to serve.

EM, 19 years old, wanted for "Theft", was handed over to the Durrës Police Department for further action, after the Durrës Court had imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on him.

AD, 22 years old, wanted for the criminal offenses "Stalking" and "Removing a prisoner from his place of residence", against whom the security measure "Arrest in prison" was imposed

Tirana Police announced that the "Catch 4" operation was successfully carried out thanks to the cooperation between various police structures and the fulfillment of the legal duty to capture wanted persons, guaranteeing public order and security.

The structures of the Tirana DVP, as a result of the controls carried out in the field, based on the information obtained operationally, within the framework of the police operation "Catch", captured and handcuffed 4 wanted citizens, specifically:

-The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 2 arrested and detained citizen GI, 30 years old, after the Prosecution had issued a detention order for him, for the criminal offenses of “Intentional serious injury”, committed in collaboration, and “Production and sale of narcotics”. This citizen, on 01.12.2025, on “Irfan Tomini” street, in collaboration with the EU citizen (arrested in flagrante delicto), injured citizen MAG with a cutting tool. Also, during the search of citizen GI's apartment, on the day of the incident, the Police services found and seized a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa.

-The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 2, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section, arrested and detained citizen RR, 30 years old. This citizen has been sentenced by the Court of Tirana to 3 years and 4 months in prison, for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics". Of this sentence, he has 1 year, 5 months and 19 days left to serve.

-The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 1 arrested the wanted citizen EM, 19 years old, after the Durrës Court imposed the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" on him, for the criminal offense of "Theft". This citizen was handed over to the Durrës DVP, for further action.

-The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 4 executed the Court's decision to detain citizen AD, 22 years old, against whom the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" has been imposed, for the criminal offenses "Persecution" and "Removal of a prisoner from the place of residence"./ CNA
